Patch v0.8.007a - This update features the following changes:

Tilt-shift toggle and Window lights toggle in the settings menu are now saved between game sessions.
Fix to allow achieving the "Over 9000" achievement.
Mouseover text box in the earthing modification screen is now not shown when on mouse is over side panels.
Minor localization changes.
